  • 2 tbsp Bio bora Refresh
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 - 250 g fresh forest fruits 
  • 250 – 300 ml of plant-based drink of your choice (oat / rice / almond/ soy / coconut)
  • Fresh fruit / mint / nuts (for serving, according to your choice)

Preparation

  1. Pour plant-based drink over chia seeds in a cup/bowl. 
  2. Add Bio bora Refresh and mix everything thoroughly. 
  3. Spread the fruit and add it to the cup/bowl with the chia mixture.
  4. Put in the fridge for at least 1–2 hours. 
  5. Garnish the cooled mixture in a glass using ingredients of your choice.

Done, the nutritious fruit delicacy is ready!
